All our items are lovingly handmade one-off designs (meaning that only one is ever made) or made in very limited numbers. That is the beauty of the label. We pride ourselves in providing every girl a dress that no one else will own.

We post same/next day as payment is cleared, in accordance with the operating hours of Australia Post. All orders are posted from Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

 

DOMESTIC: We offer express postal services throughout Australia, so you may enjoy super fast deliveries for all capital cities and major metro areas within the next business day. For our regional, rural and more remote customers, orders will be delivered within 2-5 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL: We offer express & regular postal services worldwide. You are able to make a choice at checkout.
International Express Service takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive and you will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel. Regular Post may take anywhere from 10 days to 2weeks to arrive depending on the destination. Please keep in mind that you won't be able to track your parcel opting onto it's destination.  Custom delays may alter estimated arrival times & this is out of our control.

 

USA: Delivery may take up to 10 working days to arrive and due to heightened border protection and increased aviation security measures introduced by the US Government applying to inbound freight, there is likely to be delays of around 48 hours to parcels being sent to the US.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Justyna G has no control over customs and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service or customs department. We highly recommend ensuring someone is home on day of delivery to receive your package safely.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. You will find a currency conversion before you make a payment (at the PayPal screen).

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We use Australia Post as our carrier company. The shopping cart sends information about the order (e.g. weight, destination and origin address) and then estimates the shipping cost.
International shipping costs are calculated as per the Australia post guidelines and may be previewed at our checkout screen. These are calculated in the same manner

HOW TO USE THE CART?

When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply click on ‘Add to Bag’ icon and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. The shopping bag icon on the bottom right hand corner will display the number of items in your bag. For your convenience you can move this shopping bag around the screen and also drag additional items to it. Once you have made any changes to your order you simply click on the ‘Checkout’ button. This will take you to the shipping details section where you can also view or change your shipping/ delivery method. The next stage will be your payment. This is where you can either choose to sign in with an existing account or simply continue.


Please be aware that, even though the ‘shopping bag’ stores your item for up to 30 days, the items may clear at any given time when the items are no longer available for purchase. This function does not hold the item for you.
